东西!

I'm excited.

The SHOPPING & SHOPPER《东西》September issue is out now, featuring me and my artwork in it. Only in China. Waiting for my copy to arrive!

I'm pretty proud of it because I took a look at the previous issues and they're cool. And for this issue aside for my pictures, the editors agreed to show one of my works. The "POP MIX COLLECTION" [link] figures along with my pictures, I'm proud of it and it's the greatest "POP" piece I did until now, featuring 100 people.

I'm gonna appear in it's "Stylish" people session. These past months I've been talking with the editors and sending pictures to them, mostly from my LOOKBOOK account [They found me by this website, very cool. If you have some free time or interest, you so have to check it out]

But the important thing is that I thought "Oh it's cool, I'm gonna be featured in the magazine!", then thought again: I was chosen because of clothes and style, but that doesn't means a lot to me. The point was I wasn't doing anything, so I haven't felt special or really proud. So I showed my work to them and they agreed to publish a work of mine along with my pictures. I know, it's a fashion magazine, but I think that to read a magazine and find people interesting for what they do, what they say, more than for what they wear, is so much cool.

Plus, I have to take every opportunity to pimp my image and work around, since I'm just an Art student and I don't have a real job yet.

SO, I'm having some fun thinking about zodiacs... Since I drawed "TAURUS" [link] [link] and I'm still making progresses of it [adding a background and have ideas may take a while, and I hope it looks good to you when it's finished], I'd like to draw more of the zodiac signs in the future. Not a original topic or idea, but I want to try it. And since I want them to be really special and awesome [like, WOWroscope, haha, lame joke...], I'd like to hear a couple ideas, and know what this community zodiac is like.

Do you believe in horoscopes? Are you male or female? What's your age and zodiac sign? I'm a 21yo boy [don't feel like a man yet, haha], and I'm Pisces, but I don't really believe in horoscope, just think it'is a cool and interesting thing. So, keep an eye on my gallery in the future, if you're interested in new drawings by me or only wants to see what other people come up with when they think about drawing zodiacs. It will be nice. For now, I have some work to do, so I leave you with it.
